When I was a kid, "talking to Santa" meant that I was misbehaving and my grandmother would get on the phone to send a report.

There were so many things I loved about Kay's chat last year - Santa's inventive explanations, his reassuring her that "no one is good all the time!" and even that he just looked the part of what you picture Santa as being. I don't say this about many things, but...it was perfect.
