Non-scary Halloween Crafts for Toddlers

  Halloween can be a fun time for toddlers - those lovers of pretend play and dressing up - but it has the potential to be a frightening time too. Fortunately these crafts are cute and totally toddler-friendly!

(Note: I kept these to ones that could legitimately be done by toddlers. Searching through Pinterest or Google, some of the "toddler crafts" would be challenging for me!)
