We recieved complimentary products from Oriental Trading as part of their blogger program. However, I only recommend products I support and believe my readers will find useful as well. All opinions are my own.

We're working on decorating our tree with more homemade ornaments this year, so these pre-painted wooden ornaments from Oriental Trading were timely. I lay them on the table and said to Kay, "These ornaments are nice and we could just hang them on the tree like this. Or we could add a little pizzazz!" (Throw in a new word there!)

We used: Wooden ornaments (from Oriental Trading)
               Self-adhesive jewels
               Glitter glue

Of course she wanted to go the "pizzazz" route. We used jewels and glitter glue. The jewels were self-adhesive, but we found it easier to just stick them onto the glitter glue.
Kay is still mastering putting the right amount of glue on. Scratch that. She's not working on it at all. She loves using gobs of glue that takes 4 days to dry!

This was a fun, easy craft to do together...and helped our tree look marvelous!
