Ice Cube Painting

I've seen the painting with ice cubes activity on the internet here and there and wanted to give it a try. I did ours a bit different. I didn't use water - just had Kay pour some paint into the ice cube tray. (We used plain old Crayola Washable Kids Paints and it worked just fine.)

Typically, Kay was more interested in painting herself. But even that didn't last long. Then she was off to her little pool, where that lovely green paint was washed away.

In the end, our masterpiece (with some stray seeds sprinkled on for a finishing touch)! We hung it up in Daddy's garage as a surprise.
