My dad can fix anything.
It's true. Broken toy, tangled yo-yo string, flat bike tire? Go see Dad. So a homemade sign that says just that will make the perfect gift for him this Father's Day!
Supplies:
- Wooden plaque (We got ours from Factory Direct Crafts)
- Acyrlic paint
- Vinyl
Using my handy, dandy Cricut machine I cut out the letters (I made the words at Online Image Editor - they have tons of free fonts to choose from!) and a couple of tool silhouettes using black vinyl. I sanded down the wood a bit to make sure it was smooth and then painted it a light blue.
After that, I simply used transfer paper to add the words to the plaque.
It was one of those quick and easy projects that come out looking awesome anyway...and I just love those! I think this is going to look great hanging in his garage!
