Spring means flowers, the return of color after a long and dreary winter. And every year I find myself dragging my camera around with me even a little more than usual to take pictures of the lovely buds starting to sprout.
Sometimes flowers are so pretty you want to way to keep them beyond their natural lifespan. Most of these ideas can be used with either fresh flowers (for those who aren't inclined to wait!) or with pressed flowers. Obviously the pressed flower crafts will last longer but either way, these are going to be fun to make and colorful to look at!

* This flower mobile is my absolute favorite - just too beautiful! {Twig and Toadstool}

* This butterfly craft is a great one for the younger kids - super-easy and open-ended! {Fantastic Fun and Learning}
