Super Simple Sensory Bins

What I love about sensory play is that almost anything goes - and there is no right or wrong way to do it. You can find some pretty complex ones online but it can also be as simple as a water table or a bowl of rice. Throw in some accessories (scoopers, pails) and viola, instant sensory fun. Don't be intimidated by the mess either. Cotton balls, pom poms, packing peanuts, or shredded paper can all be used in a sensory bin. Shaving cream can be used in a bathtub and rinses right off when playtime if over. Work with what you feel comfortable with and don't feel the need to go all out buying accessories. What you already have in your kitchen drawers or in your child's toy box is good enough!
Here as some ideas for super simple sensory bins. Nothing elaborate here.
