Have you seen the price of a trip to the zoo lately? I know, I know, they need the money to help take care of the animals and protect the endangered species. But I don't have $15 dollars a piece to check out the animals - at least, not to go as often as my daughter would like. So if there are alternative places to see animals, I'm very interested. We live in the city, so we have our fill of squirrels and sparrows and even (unfortunately) stray cats. But for anything else, I love these ideas from Thriving Stem.
