Learning Letters with Paper Cups

    Still working on letter recognition, I used this quick game. I took 5 paper cups and put an alphabet sticker on the bottom of each. 

      Then I would hide something (we used a marble but any little thing would do) and she would say the letter of the cup she thought the marble was under. If she was wrong, she'd guess another letter. I made sure 2 of the letters were ones she is already familiar with, so it wouldn't be too frustrating. She played for a few minutes and then she got more interested in stacking the cups than hiding anything under them. But I figure a few minutes focusing on letters is better than nothing!
