"There are no seven wonders of the world in the eyes of a child. There are seven million." - Walt Streightiff
How many times when you're walking along with your child do you have to say, "Come on. Hurry up"? We all do it. There are places to be, appointments to make, groceries to shop for, etc. But to a kid everything is still new and worthy of investigation. Today, why not let him take the lead.

Be prepared to stop to poke puddles, picks flowers, talk to the ants (yes, we've done that), maybe even collecting some twigs or rocks as souvenirs.
Your child will be glad to spend time with you and show you things that are important to them. And you may just find it does you some good too.
